Returns & Refund Policy

We’re committed to delivering jewelry that brings confidence and joy. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Tags and accessories must remain intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Non-returnable items:
❌ Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Sale/discounted items
❌ Gift cards or freebies

🌍 How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us: Email info@perlatif.com with the subject “Return Request – [Order #]”. Include the item(s), reason, and photo(s) if damaged.
  2. Get a Return Label:
    - 🇨🇦 Canada: Free Canada Post label.
    - 🇺🇸 US: Prepaid DHL label provided. A CAD $9.95 fee is deducted from your refund.
  3. Ship It Back: Repack your item securely. Use original packaging if possible and drop it off with the carrier.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is free and your full original shipping cost is refunded.

💡 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, please return it and place a new order.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Noticed something wrong? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.

⏱ Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank or credit card account first.
  • Contact your provider, as processing time can vary.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, email us at info@perlatif.com.

🌐 International Orders

Currently, we only support returns from Canada and the United States. Returns from other countries are not available at this time.
