Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your jewelry to you quickly, safely, and beautifully wrapped.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Canada Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (additional fees apply)
  • All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)
  • All U.S. orders include full tracking via USPS or DHL.

💸 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your address and preferred delivery speed. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter!

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

⏳ Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us immediately. While we are not responsible for courier delays, we will do everything we can to assist you in locating or replacing your package.

🌐 International Shipping

At this time, Perlatif Co. only ships within Canada and the United States. We’re working hard to offer international delivery soon!
